GUIDELINES FOR SEMINAR PRESENTATION

GUIDELINES FOR SEMINAR PRESENTATION


1.       1. All students are directed to submit your seminar base paper latest by 10 July 2014.
2.       2. Report and presentation to be prepared in Latex and should get the approval from the guide at least one day prior to the presentation.
3.       3. Approved rough report should be submitted at the time of presentation.
4.       4. After presentation final fair report must be submitted on the next seminar day.
5.       5. Presentation should not exceed 20 minutes and should be of minimum 15 minutes.
6.       6. Presentation should be done in English and student must be in proper uniform.
7.       7.  8 students must be prepared to take seminar as per the slot allocated on each day of the seminar.
8.       8.  Each student should prepare a seminar diary containing the relevant details and brief summary of all the seminars presented. The diary must be submitted on request and will be evaluated at the end.
9.      9.   The Seminar will be evaluated on the following criterion :
a)               Rough and Fair report.
b)               Presentation,slides and content.
c)                Knowledge on the topic (viva).
d)               Seminar diary etc..

1      10..  Marks will be reduced on failure to take seminar on the allocated slot .
     11.Only  a maximum of 75% of the seminar content must be from the base paper. The rest 25% must be from references,related or similar works,or some of your own contributions to the topics(suggestions,future works etc..)
